The
founder and CEO of Suave House Records, Tony Draper aligned
himself with fellow Memphis, TN, natives Eightball & MJG
in the early '90s and released that duo's albums on his label.
By the late '90s, Eightball & MJG had expanded their popularity
outside of the South,
and Draper inked a 15 million dollar distribution
deal with Universal Records.
